Clyde Bowles focuses his practice on representation of business and not-for-profit organizations; estates and trusts; and related litigation, arbitration and mediation.

After three years of practice with a corporate law firm in his home city of Kansas City, Missouri, he moved to Chicago. He has since engaged in the full-time practice of law in Chicago, except for four-year service as an Assistant State’s Attorney of Cook County, on leave of absence from his law partnership. During that period, he headed the prosecution of complex financial (white collar) crimes.

Before joining Harrison & Held, Clyde was a partner at Rooks Pitts until its 2004 merger with Dykema Gossett PLLC, when he became Of Counsel to the merged firm. In earlier years, he was a member of Burditt, Bowles & Radzius, Chtd.
