Jeffrey J. Halldin joined Harrison & Held in 2010 as part of the firm's litigation group. Mr. Halldin's practice covers a range of areas in complex business litigation. He has litigated numerous contract disputes; shareholder, partner and member disputes; business torts; employment disputes; class and collective actions; and insurance matters. He has handled these matters before state and federal trial courts, various arbitration forums, administrative agencies, and state and federal appellate courts.
