Lisa Radke has more than twenty years experience as a paralegal in the administration of estates and trusts. She assists attorneys with the preparation of probate court documents and accounts along with the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, individual and fiduciary income tax returns and gift tax returns. Her responsibilities include obtaining the values of securities, real estate and tangible property; making arrangements with appraisers and auction houses for the valuation and sale of clients' property; collecting life insurance proceeds and preparing and recording deeds. She works closely with trustees, executors, accountants, bankers and financial advisors concerning the sale, transfer and distribution of clients' assets.

She has also assisted with the administration of guardianship estates for disabled adults which includes the preparation of the petition to open the guardianship, the annual accountings and various petitions requesting Court authorization and action.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
