Mary Ross has over twenty years’ experience in the legal field, the majority of which was spent in estates and trusts administration. She works closely with clients, trustees, executors and their financial advisors, bankers and accountants regarding the liquidation, distribution and transfer of trust and estate assets. She also assists attorneys with probate matters in Illinois as well as ancillary estates across the U.S. Her experience includes working with clients and assisting attorneys to gather information for federal and state estate tax returns, gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns as well as individual income tax returns.
