Michele Morris-Sokolick has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal field, including twenty years as a corporate/real estate paralegal in Chicago law firms. Michele assists our attorneys in the initial establishment of corporations and limited liability companies, prepares and files annual reports in various states, maintains corporate minute books, and drafts corporate consents. In addition to maintaining our corporate entity database, Michele also assists with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Michele has a B.A. from Northern Illinois University and a Paralegal Certification from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
