Robert Davidson’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate, general corporate and business law, including the purchase, construction, financing, development, management, leasing and sale of office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and hotel properties; commercial lending, workouts and loan restructurings; the purchase and sale of entrepreneurial businesses; the negotiation and documentation of real estate brokerage, listing, property management, shareholder and limited liability company operating agreements. He also has represented condominium converters and has served as turnover and outside legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowners associations.

Bob often functions as a business advisor as well as an attorney for his clients. He assists in raising equity capital through private offerings, arranging debt financing and addressing operating issues. He also handles dispute resolution.

Before joining Harrison & Held, LLP, Bob was a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Prior to Dykema, he headed the Schwartz Cooper Chartered Real Estate Development, Sales and Acquisitions Practice Group.
