Thomas B. Donovan has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, contested trust and estate litigation and Federal estate and gift taxation since 1971.

From 1971 to 1994, Tom was a member of the trusts and estates practice group at Winston & Strawn. In 1994, Tom founded his own solo practice and has been of counsel to Carroll & Wall since 1998.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Tom served as a trust officer at Pullman Bank.
