Harrison & Held, LLP attracts attorneys who are entrepreneurial in nature and are seeking a unique culture that emphasizes exceptional client service, attorney collaboration and, in our role as trusted advisors, creation of working relationships with our clients. At Harrison & Held, LLP, we don’t impose any “ceiling” on the compensation available to our attorneys and our unique formula-based model allows each attorney to maximize the balance of work and outside interests, as well as to establish their own billing rate to fit the attorney’s unique clients. Associate attorneys receive high-quality work and direct client contact, without limits on salary.  Harrison & Held, LLP seeks self-sustaining lateral partners in estate planning, real estate, business, and litigation, but is also seeking outstanding talent in other fields of law that complement our existing practices.
