He often represents clients in the acquisition, construction, development, sale, and leasing of commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use real estate projects in Chicago and nationwide. Brad advocates for clients in complex lease preparation and negotiations, including a large wholesale distribution company with over 1,o00 locations nationally.
Brad adds significant value to the economics of a transaction, and clients are often drawn to Brad for his business experience.
His experience structuring complex real estate transactions and negotiating construction contracts on projects of all sizes has earned him a reputation for being a dealmaker.
