Bruce M. Friedman’s practice covers a broad spectrum of matters relating to commercial law and commercial litigation. He has extensive and varied experience relating to mergers and acquisitions, representation of banks and other financial institutions in connection with documentation of commercial loans and representation of business corporations and other business entities in a wide variety of business situations.
Bruce joined Harrison & Held as a partner in December 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he was a founding partner of Laser, Pokorny, Schwartz, Friedman & Economos, and previously was a partner at Laser, Schostok, Kolman, and Frank.
He has extensive litigation experience in complex commercial cases in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Bruce’s broad experience in commercial law and commercial litigation permits him to provide effective and pragmatic representation to a wide variety of commercial clients.
