Henry N. Novoselsky represents trust companies, banks, and individuals in contested trust and estate matters, such as will and trust contests, trust administration, enforcement, construction and reformation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianship proceedings. In addition, Henry also represents parties in chancery litigation matters, such as declaratory judgment actions, injunctive proceedings, and unfair competition disputes.
He has practiced civil litigation in Illinois and Federal trial and appellate courts for over 50 years. He has been instrumental in shaping the law of Illinois, appearing before the Illinois Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeals and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Henry has acted as a court-certified mediator for the State of Illinois, Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division Mediation Program, mediating trust and other disputes. He has also served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Revenue and as a Hearing Examiner for the Illinois Commerce Commission.
