Nicholas J. Beideman

Nicholas Beideman is a corporate, tax, and litigation attorney who serves as outside corporate counsel to companies ranging from large multi-national corporations, to small family-owned businesses.  Nick advises clients in corporate and partnership planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), domestic and international taxable and non-taxable transactions, state and federal litigation, tax planning and tax controversy, employee and independent contractor disputes, and advising tax-exempt organizations (Not-For-Profit entities)
